What a stunning place to stay. Lovely, comfortable and excellently equipped cabin with the best garden and views I have ever had in a holiday cottage! Fantastic access to wonderful walks and hikes and easy to drive further afield. Braemar is a great little place with a good range of easily accessible eateries, though could be a little tricky for the veggie and vegan members of our family even with prior checking that the establishment could manage the dietary requirements! Thanks to Fiona and Colin for welcome, information and the occasional chat: we hope to return, great holiday destination and still so much to see and do.......
We have stayed in this cabin twice now whilst increasing our Munro bag. It is very comfortable and clean and the kitchen is equipped in triplicate! The garden surrounding the cabin is stunning and wildlife friendly; there are red squirrels which visit for the peanuts and we were instructed to ensure we closed the drive gates otherwise we would wake up to a garden full of the red deer stags that reside around the River Dee flood plain. We would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
